Privacy Policy

The short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser. The only personal data involved is what any web server records when you visit, and whatever you choose to send us by email.

1. Who is responsible

The controller for listentechnology.ai is Listen LLC, represented by Jerome Bethea. Our postal address is in the Impressum. For anything privacy-related, email Wiz@ListenTechnology.ai.

2. Server logs

When you visit this site, our hosting provider, Namecheap, Inc. (United States), automatically records technical information about the request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. It is not combined with other data or used to identify you, and logs are kept only for a limited period before being deleted. Because the host is based in the United States, this data is processed there.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to handle your request. Legal basis: steps prior to or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we are required to keep it.

4. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including our product sites and the Visibook booking page. Those sites are run under their own privacy policies, which apply once you go there.

5. Hermes, our private assistant, and Google data

Hermes is a private assistant app used only by Listen LLC's founder. It is not offered to the public. With the founder's permission, it connects to the founder's own Google account to read Google Calendar events and, only after the founder confirms each change, add or change events.

Hermes uses that calendar data only to answer the founder's own requests, such as showing the day's schedule or setting up an appointment. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. Google account access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Hermes's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email Wiz@ListenTechnology.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
